This easy nonfiction reader is simple enough for young readers to understand, while building new vocabulary. It goes through all the stages of a caterpillar and then onto the stage of becoming a beautiful butterfly, ending with the butterfly laying her eggs to start the cycle all over again. The photographs are amazing and unclose, keeping the reader engaged. This is a good book to introduce children to facts vs fiction.
