In the Hargrove household we have been trying to stay on top of things during this flu season! We have made sure to wash our hands thoroughly and throughout the day, we strip off our school and work clothes upon getting home and putting them straight into the washer, we’ve been wiping everything down with Thieves Cleaner daily and making sure we use our oils daily.
Part of that oily ritual is our Immunity Rollers.
Now…I know there is practically nothing that will keep up from contracting the flu, BUT we can do everything possible to hold it off and hopefully keep it from getting too severe. (Wishful thinking maybe, but worth a shot!)
I thought I might share my recipe for our Immunity Rollers. I create on for Race since he’s a child and one for Brock and myself. It’s super simple and smells great! We have been putting it on our feet at night, along with our sleepy time oils, and on our hands throughout the day. This does not take the place of washing your hands! It’s just a great way to boost your immune system which we could all use a little help with!
Here is my recipe for a child’s roller (double for adult):
- 4 drops of Frankincense
- 6 drops of Thieves
- 4 drops of Peppermint
- 3 drops of Lemon
- 3 drops of Oregano
- 4 drops of Purification
- 1 15ml glass roller bottle (Amazon has them)
- Coconut oil
Drop each oil into a roller bottle and top with carrier oil. Voila! Smells terrific and will hopefully help keep your immune system up and going! I personally use Young Living oils and would be glad to help if you have any questions!
