My son absolutely adores this fantastic book by Mo Willems. We have several of his books, but by far, this hits home with my five year old who never wants to take a bath.

In this book, one of many in the series, the pigeon is refusing to take a bath. He tried every excuse to avoid having to take a bath. He claims he took one last month, or that the water is too cold or too hot, he even tries to tell the reader that they need a bath. However, once he takes the plunge and gets in the bath, he doesn’t ever want to leave. This is a humorous book that is relatable to children of every age and is very interactive.
